Burnett Donald LaFond, 77 yrs. old of New Berlin, NY passed away on October 8, 2016 in New Berlin.

Burnett was born on June 10, 1939 in New Berlin, NY the son of Donald & Ethel (Dunham) LaFond.  His childhood was spent in the New Berlin & Pittsfield areas.  He was a 1959 graduate of New Berlin Central School and was later employed by Procter & Gamble of Norwich, NY.

He is survived by his sisters-in-law; Bonnie LaFond and Patricia LaFond as well as several nieces and cousins.  He was predeceased by two brothers; Michael and Dale LaFond.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 11:00 AM in the Fairview Cemetery, New Berlin, NY with Reverend Stephen Reese officiating.
