Aubrey E. Lamphere, 82, of New Berlin, New York, passed away on January 9, 2016 at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Binghamton. He was the son of Guy and Florence Lamphere and he spent his childhood in the Holmsville area and attended South New Berlin School.
He married Joan M. Rose on March 20, 1970 in Edmeston, N.Y.and together they have six children: Steven Lamphere of New Berlin, Kimberly Nonan of Norwich, Aubrey Lamphere Jr. of Copperas Cope, Texas, Sabrina Lamphere of Norwich and Step Children Timothy Houck of Killeen, Texas, and Thomas Houck of Utica.
He worked at Kraft Foods in South Edmeston for 30 years as the Maintenance Manager. He was a member of the Frank H. Arnold Post American Legion, Pittsfield Fire Police, New Berlin Fire Department Fire Police and also had many lawn mowing customers. |
