Sara Francis Holmes, 72 yrs. old of New Berlin, NY passed away on January 29, 2020 at Bassett Hospital, Cooperstown, NY.

Sara was born on January 3, 1948 at Fox Hospital, Oneonta, NY the daughter of Quentin & Mary Holmes.

Sara spent much of her childhood in foster homes and later resided at Chase Memorial Nursing Home, New Berlin.

She is survived by her three sisters; Mary Sampnier, Yvonne Mattice & Anna Snano as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was predeceased by her parents; Quentin & Mary Holmes, brother; Quentin Holmes and two sisters; Ceclia Holmes and Margaret (Peggy) Umbach.
