Renee Sherwood-Casey, left us too soon on February 20, 2022; surrounded by family. Renee was born in Oneonta, NY on October 30, 1967. Married to Paul Casey for 20 plus years, she was the proud mother of Caleb and Liam. They were truly the apple of her eyes.
Renee was a teacher with Unatego School District. Her passion for children was exhibited in her teaching. She loved to travel and had been abroad visiting several countries. The family loved the beach and vacationed there frequently.
Predeceased in life by her mother Frances Sherwood, father John Sherwood, and nephew Joshua Sherwood. Father’s Wife Eva, and Siblings; Timothy (Amy), Pamela (Robert), Tammy (Mike), and Michelle (Matt) will miss her, she was one of a kind. Along with nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends fond memories were made.
“What a long strange trip it’s been.”
