Scott E. Foulds, 54 yrs. old of Norwich, NY passed away on October 30, 2022, at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Binghamton, NY.

Scott was born on June 21, 1968, in Norwich, NY the son of Harry and Shirley Foulds.  His childhood was spent in Norwich NY, and he attended Sherburne Earlville Central School.

He is survived by his siblings, William & Mary Miller, Valerie Morris, Zachary & Paula Foulds and Brian & Maria Miller as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. 

In addition to is parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Joanne Miller.
