David Wayne Morse, 56 yrs. old of New Berlin, NY passed away on October 29, 2022, in New Berlin.

David was born at Faxton Hospital, New Hartford, NY the son of Wayne and Dorothy Morse.  In his younger years, he lived in Warwick RI on Oakland Beach, where he loved the ocean and fishing. He attended Edmeston and West Winfield Schools and went on to become a Master Mechanic while working at Panella’s Collision and left to work at Dey Chevrolet in Clinton. He finally landed his feet at Ted's Body Shop where he loved and enjoyed his shop family. He enjoyed his dogs Helga, Bo and Daisey, motorcycles, euro cars, and always enjoyed a good time with friends.

He is survived by his wife Renee (Carney) Morse, his son Brandon Morse, daughter Courtney Morse.  His sister Lorann (Walter) Morse-Flores of Burlington Flats, nieces Sarah (Keith) Allen of West Winfield, Heather Lum of New Berlin, Miranda Lum of West Edmeston, Rachel Lum (Richard Bodie) of New Berlin. His stepchildren Derrick (Staci) Lamb, Crystal Lamb, Tara (Richard) Cummings, his nephew Ryan Morse and sister-in-law Debra Morse. Great nieces & nephews Nicholas Allen, Nathan Allen, Alyssa Manwarren, Isaac Lum, Melody Peters Temperance Peters and Jordan Bodie. Grandchildren Ashleigh Cummings, Sarah Cummings, Sierra Cummings, Hania Lamb, Olivia Bauer, Wesson Lamb, Jack Mikalunas. A Great-Great nephew Bentley Allen. Aunts, Patricia Ostrander and Rosaline Yager of Brookfield, NY 

He was predeceased by his parents Wayne & Dorothy Morse, his sister Beverly Lum and brothers Lynn and Patrick Morse.

Services will be at The Dakin Funeral Home LP, November 12, 2022, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. A celebration of life following calling hours will be at The Deer Path Restaurant 6064 State Hwy 8, New Berlin, NY.
