Joyce H. Tomsic, 77 yrs. old of Norwich, NY, accepted the hand of her pre-deceased husband on August 20, 2022,

She is survived by her son Kevin (Sue) Tomsic, grandsons TJ &Troy Tomsic, daughter Valerie Slater of Roanoke, VA, stepsons Duane of Seaford, VA and Dirk (Mirna) of Buckeye, AZ, her sister Connie Brooker (Jerry McConnell) of Norwich, NY, with whom she had a very special bond, as well as many nephews and nieces. Joyce is also survived by her 24-hour best friend and companion, her dog, Buddy.

Joyce was predeceased by her beloved husband, Thomas Tomsic, Jr. (Chub) of 50 years, her stepson, Tim Tomsic and her parents, Austin, and Ruth Hayes.

There will be no formal services at this time.

Aunt Joyce was always my favorite Aunt. Her and Uncle Chub were the best....I'll always have the memories of our cross country vacation to the Grand Canyon as a kid...You will be remembered with much love and missed by many. Give Uncle Chub and my Dad a big hug. Sending my thoughts and prayers to all of the Tomsic Family.
