Uncle Ed was always one of my favorite parts of our trips to Edmeston.  He was always able to make me laugh and his laugh alone was contagious. I loved visiting his farm market.  To this day I remember the cool crisp feeling inside it, all the fresh food and the clean earthy smell. He even taught me how to see when it is raining somewhere else by the colors in the sky.  My thoughts and prayers are with family right now.
