Dean Bodie

Dean F. Bodie, 60 yrs. old of New Berlin, NY passed away peacefully at his home with his family by his side on March 6, 2021.

Dean was born on April 25, 1960 in Kingston, NY the son of Charles P. Bodie Sr. and Mabel L. Ostrander.  His childhood was spent having fun, hanging with friends, fishing and hunting.

He was employed by the Daily Star, Oneonta, NY.

Dean is survived by his children; Violet Williams & Lucille Geguzis, grandchildren; Aiden Geguzis, Bentcyn Rifanburg, Lillyan Wright, Abbigale Bice, Christopher Williams and Lucas Williams as well his siblings; Charles Bodie Jr., Mary Orbacz, Vivian Bodie, Wayne Bodie Sr., Jennie Osborn, Mabel Coumbs & Lee Foster and many nieces & nephews.

He was predeceased by siblings; Phyllis Mott, William Bodie, Bonnie O’dell, Janet Reynolds, Kandy Mendock & Chayanne Bodie.

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
