Betty Gould

Betty M. Gould, 92 yrs. old of New Berlin, NY, formerly of West Edmeston, NY passed away on May 17, 2019 in Norwich, NY.

Betty was born on April 27, 1927 in West Edmeston, NY the daughter of Herbert F. & Pearl (Dorgherty) Gould.  Her childhood was spent in the West Edmeston and New Berlin areas.  She attended school in West Edmeston and was a member of the 7th Day Adventist Church.

Betty was predeceased by her sister, Neva Maxson, brother, Stewart Gould and sister-in-law, Jesse Gould.

She is survived by her brother, Clarence “Bud” Gould and sister-in-law, Doris Gould as well as several nieces & nephews, special friends Tony & Steve, and all of the wonderful folks at the 220 IRA of Oxford and the Norwich Day Hab.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Dakin Funeral Home, LP with Pastor Larry Maxson officiating.

Calling hours will be held from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the funeral home on May 22, prior to the funeral service.

The interment will be held in the West Edmeston Cemetery.
