Donna Hubbard

Donna J. Hubbard, 71 yrs. old of Norwich, NY passed away on December 28, 2022, unexpectedly in her sleep at Norwich Rehab, Norwich, NY.

Donna was born on August 2, 1951, in Norwich, NY to Ruth and Gerald Doing. She graduated from Bainbridge – Guildford in 1969.  

She survived by her 9 children, Chyrel (Stephenie) Perkins of Smithville Flats, Cindy (Wendy) Perkins of Bridgewater, JoAnne (Brian) Burns of Missouri, Wallace (Michelle) Ireland, Jr., Paula (Zachary) Foulds of Sidney, Connie (Sha) Perkins of Unadilla, Lee (Nicole) Warner of Marathon, Steven Warner of Binghamton and Samantha McGowan of Norwich. She is also survived by her grandchildren Angel Porter, Alisha and Bradley Ireland, Brittany, Kaitlyn and Matthew Foulds, Alex and Rosanna Lambert,   Cody, Elijah, and Keagen Warner,   Issiac Heath, Dominic Jackson and Lily McGowan, 4 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren and 1 nephew, Joshua Miller.  

She was predeceased by her parents and long time best friend (sister) JoAnne Miller.  

Celebration of Life will be August 6, 2023 place TBD by family.
