Kenneth P. Kinch 83 yrs. old of Earlville, NY (formerly of New Berlin) passed away on February 5, 2018 at Bassett Hospital, Cooperstown, NY.
Ken was born on April 17, 1934 in Unadilla, NY the son of Merritt & Harriet (Rodney) Kinch. His childhood was spent taking care of the family farm in Unadilla. He obtained his GED and become the owner and operator of Five Corners Body Shop in New Berlin for 44 years. He then became the highway superintendent for the Town of Osceola for 17 years before his retirement.
He is survived by his children; Tammy Kinch & Russell Ray of New Berlin, Penny & Kevin Hendricks of Clearwater, FL, Kenneth Kinch of New Berlin, Eugene Kinch of Lebanon, grandchildren; BillieJean & Charles Gelatt of New Berlin, BobbieJo & Nick Stage of New Berlin, Cait Kinch of New Berlin, Britten & Dan Hatch of Garrettsville, great grandchildren; Chaz Gelatt, Kassidy & Makenna Stage, Tyler Yerton and Brenden Ashton.
He was predeceased by his sister; Shirley Patrick and brother; Eugene Kinch.
A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date in Fairview Cemetery, New Berlin, NY.
Memorial donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church, New Berlin, NY .
