Helen Logan, 70 yrs old.
Pittsfield, NY.

Passed away on May 2, 2013 at her home.

She was born on October 8, 1942 in Montreal, Canada the daughter of John & Jeanne (Paul) Bernier.

In1952 she moved to Herkimer, NY. She attended St. Frances elementary school and graduated from Herkimer High School.  On June 17, 1978 she married Edward Logan who survives.

Helene is also survived by her children; Jennifer (Jeff) Amo of Pittsfield, NY, Tammy (Mike) Dempsey of Bloomingdale, NJ, James (Theresa) Dempsey of Melbourne, FL, Dyan (Gary) Graney of Browns Mills, NJ and Michelle (Bob) MacMillan, PEI, Canada, grandchildren; Alexis Dolph, Sean Sulsona, Taylor Dempsey, Cali Dempsey, Michael Graney, Kevin Graney, Ryan MacMillan, Logan MacMillan and Cole MacMillan and one great grandchild, Noah Graney.

She is also survived by her mother, Jeanne Bernier and brothers; Claude Bernier of Herkimer, NY and Gilles Bernier of Florida.

Helene was predeceased by her father, John Bernier Sr. in 2003 and her brother, John Bernier Jr. in 1985.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at 3:00 PM at the Dakin Funeral Home LP, New Berlin, NY with the Very Reverend Charles Taylor officiating.  Calling hours will be held from 1:00-3:00 PM prior to the funeral service also at the funeral home.
