Roxanne Peters

Roxanne Peters, 63 yrs. old of Norwich, NY went to be with God on January 29, 2022.

Roxanne was born on September 30, 1958 in DeLand, Fl. the daughter of Russell & Eleanor (Cornell) Peters.

From 2013 – 2021, Roxanne lived in family care in Edmeston, NY with Cheri Kline.  While she was there, she blossomed into a bright beautiful flower.  She had a way of making everyone smile and always said “love you”.   She was a princess at New Berlin Day Hab where the staff loved her bubbly personality.

Roxanne was loved by many and leaves behind many special people; Kelly Moyer of Madison and her best friend Mackenzie Moyer.  She also leaves behind her care givers, Yvonne Girgenti and family who have provided Roxanne with loving care since June 2021.

Services will be held on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the Dakin Funeral Home, LP, New Berlin, NY.  Friends may visit from 10:00 -11:00 AM prior to the funeral service.
