Richard Ruffles

Richard Ruffles, 61 yrs. old of Pittsfield, NY passed away at his home on March 2, 2021.

Richard was born on October 20, 1959 in Sidney, NY the son of Richard & Elizabeth (Welch) Ruffles.  His childhood was spent in the Gilbertsville, Edmeston and West Edmeston areas.  He was a graduate of Edmeston Central School.  He was a self-employed harness horse owner and trainer.

Richard is survived by his father Richard, fiancée, Ginny Mumbalo, children; Paul & Jessie Ruffles, siblings; Pam (Mike) Simons of Burlington Flats, Farrell (Tina) Ruffles and Allen Ruffles, 1 niece and 10 nephews.

He was predeceased by his mother, Elizabeth.

A celebration of life will be held at the families’ convenience.
